Salon 29 asks that all clients respect their allotted time for their appointment. If you need to cancel,
a 24 hour notice is required. If you give less than a 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge for HALF your service
for that appointment for the FIRST time. The second time will be a FULL charge and pre-payment for the following appointment.
Please know that it is not my intention to take your money. If you do not show or cancel at the last minute,
it is lost income for my week. It would be similar to you showing up for work and your boss telling you you are not needed
and will not be paid.
There has been a major loss of income over the past six years due to no-shows and non-rescheduled last second
cancels.
If you have to cancel, there is a risk that you will not be able to get your nails done until your next scheduled
appointment.
